By enrolling in a HelloHome360 membership, you agree to our Terms of Service, which outline the details of your plan, billing, cancellation policy, privacy protections, and service expectations. The agreement automatically renews annually unless canceled, and monthly billing plans require a 12-month commitment. Please review the full Terms of Service for more information.

1. Acceptance of Terms of Service
This Terms of Service agreement (“Agreement”) is between you (“You” or “Property Owner”) and HelloHome360, LLC (“HelloHome360,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By enrolling in any HelloHome360 maintenance plan, you agree to be bound by this Agreement for the residential, long-term rental, or short-term rental property covered by your selected plan (“Property”).
This Agreement includes any related documents, such as the details of your selected plan and the scope of services listed in Schedule A (the “Services”). By checking the box during online signup, you acknowledge and accept the terms outlined in this Agreement.

2. Definitions

“Property” refers to the residential, long-term rental, or short-term rental location receiving services.

“Plan” means the specific membership level you selected.

“Service Agreement” refers to the document outlining your selected Plan and payment terms.

“Services” refers to the recurring home maintenance tasks listed in your Plan (e.g., filter changes, battery replacements, inspections, etc.).

“Payment Method” refers to the credit card or approved form of payment you provide at signup.

3. Home Services
By accepting this Agreement, you authorize HelloHome360 to perform the Services listed in Schedule A on the Property. Services may be performed by HelloHome360 employees, agents (“Representatives”), or independent subcontractors (“Subcontractors”).
You grant HelloHome360 and its Representatives or Subcontractors a revocable license to access the Property with commercially reasonable notice—or without notice in emergencies or for safety concerns.
Subcontractors operate independently and are not employees of HelloHome360.

4. Fees and Payment
Fees vary by Property type and selected Plan. All fees are outlined in your Service Agreement and must be paid via your Payment Method. You agree to keep your Payment Method current and notify us of any changes.

Essentials: $45/month or $459/year
Enhanced: $75/month or $765/year

Basic: $55/month or $561/year
Full-Service: $95/month or $969/year
Portfolio Pro: $195/month or $1,989/year

Basic Host: $75/month or $765/year
Premium Host: $125/month or $1,275/year
Portfolio Host: $210/month or $2,142/year

5. Payment Timing

Monthly Billing: Your Payment Method will be charged within 7 days after the end of each month.

Annual Billing: Your Payment Method will be charged within 7 days of signing your Service Agreement.
If payment is over 30 days late, a 1.5% monthly late fee (compounded) may apply.
HelloHome360 may offer discounts at its discretion but may revoke them at any time without issuing a refund or credit. By accepting this Agreement, you authorize HelloHome360 (or our payment processor) to charge your Payment Method for all applicable fees and taxes.
Annual plan payments are non-refundable, except if HelloHome360 cancels your agreement early or issues a refund at its sole discretion.

6. Automatic Renewal
Your membership renews automatically each year on your anniversary date unless canceled. We will notify you 10–20 days before renewal. Your Payment Method will be charged at your current rate (or a new rate, if applicable).
To cancel, email support@hellohome360.com or send written notice by first-class mail, postmarked at least 3 business days before renewal. Canceling does not entitle you to a refund for any fees already paid.

7. Additional Work
HelloHome360 provides preventive maintenance and minor home-care services only. If you request work beyond what’s included, we can refer you to trusted contractors. Any agreements, fees, or terms will be between you and the contractor directly. You’re free to use your own contractor.

8. Service Guarantee
We promise all services will be performed professionally. If you're not satisfied, let us know within 30 days, and we’ll work to make it right.

9. Term and Termination
This Agreement is effective for one year (“Initial Term”) and renews automatically unless canceled.
You may cancel with 30 days’ notice prior to your renewal date.
HelloHome360 may cancel at any time with written notice. If we cancel, monthly billing stops immediately and annual payments will be refunded on a prorated basis.
If you cancel early, monthly billing will continue until your initial 12-month term ends unless you choose to pay off the balance in full.

9A. Early Termination (Monthly Billing Plans Only)
By selecting a monthly billing plan, you agree to a 12-month contract. If you cancel early, billing continues through the full term unless you opt to pay the remaining balance in full (with a 25% discount).
You may request early cancellation by emailing support@hellohome360.com. We may waive or reduce the remaining balance at our sole discretion.

10. Amendments and Pricing Changes
We may update this Agreement or adjust pricing from time to time. You will receive at least 30 days’ notice of any changes. Continued use of services means you accept the new terms.

11. Confidentiality & Privacy
Your information is handled according to our Privacy Policy. By agreeing to this contract, you consent to that policy.

12. Media Release
You grant HelloHome360 permission to take photos or videos of your Property and completed work. We may use this media for marketing or promotional purposes. You waive the right to approve these materials and understand no compensation will be provided.

13. Insurance
HelloHome360 maintains at least:-
$1,000,000 in commercial liability coverage

$1,000,000 in property damage coverage

14. Force Majeure
HelloHome360 is not liable for delays or failure to perform services due to events beyond our reasonable control. These may include, but are not limited to, natural disasters, extreme weather, labor strikes, acts of war or terrorism, government orders, pandemics, supply chain disruptions, or other unforeseen events (“Force Majeure Events”).
If a Force Majeure Event impacts service delivery, we’ll notify you as soon as reasonably possible and resume service when conditions permit.

15. Right of Rescission
You may cancel this Agreement within three (3) business days of signing your Service Agreement. To cancel: email us at support@hellohome360.com, call us, or mail written notice.

16. Miscellaneous
This Agreement (including your Service Agreement and our Privacy Policy) is the entire agreement between you and HelloHome360. If any part is found invalid, the rest remains in full effect.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. All legal claims must be filed exclusively in Pennsylvania state courts. Both parties consent to jurisdiction and waive the right to a jury trial.
