REFUND POLICY

Payments for HelloHome360 memberships are generally non-refundable. If you cancel a monthly billing plan before your 12-month term ends, billing will continue through the full contract period. Annual plans are non-refundable unless HelloHome360 cancels your membership early or a refund is granted at our sole discretion.

REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

At HelloHome360, we believe in transparency and fairness when it comes to billing and service commitments. The following outlines our refund and cancellation policy for membership plans and one-time services.

1. Membership Plans (Homeowners, Landlords, Short-Term Rentals)​

​

All HelloHome360 membership plans—whether billed monthly or annually—are structured as 12-month service agreements.

​

2. Billing Terms:

​

  • If you select monthly billing, you are entering into a 12-month contract paid in 12 equal monthly installments.

  • If you select annual billing, you pay in full at the start of the 12-month term.

​

3. Cancellations:

​

  • You may cancel at any time; however:

    • No refunds will be issued for the remainder of the contract term.

    • You will remain financially responsible for the full 12-month agreement unless otherwise stated in your Service Agreement or an exception is made by HelloHome360.

4. Refunds:

​

  • Membership fees are non-refundable once processed, except in the case of:

    • Billing errors

    • Duplicate payments

    • Service failure directly attributable to HelloHome360

  • All refund requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of the charge.

5. One-Time Add-On or A La Carte Services

​

Refunds for one-time services may be granted under the following conditions:

​

  • The scheduled service was not performed due to a HelloHome360 issue

  • You were mistakenly charged for a service you did not receive​

  • A documented service-related dispute is submitted and verified within 7 days of completion​

​​

Refunds are not available for completed services unless covered by our workmanship warranty.

​

6. Exceptions & Discretionary Refunds

​

HelloHome360 may, at its sole discretion, issue partial refunds, account credits, or rescheduling due to unusual or extenuating circumstances. These are assessed on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.

7. How to Cancel or Request a Refund

To cancel your membership or request a refund:

Please include your full name, service address, plan type, and a brief explanation of your request. We typically respond within 3 business days.

​

8. Important Note on Early Termination

​

If you are on a monthly billing plan and wish to cancel before the end of your 12-month term:

​

  • You may be subject to an early termination fee as outlined in your Service Agreement.

  • Alternatively, you may be offered a buyout option to close the contract early.
