Home Maintenance Advisor
As a Home Maintenance Advisor at HelloHome360, you are the dedicated point of contact and face of our service. You’ll build relationships with homeowners, complete monthly maintenance tasks, and ensure each client’s home remains in excellent condition. Your goal is to provide a positive, stress-free experience while upholding our high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities

Conduct Routine Maintenance: Perform monthly tasks such as replacing air filters, inspecting HVAC systems, checking for minor repairs, and refilling water softener salt.

Client Relationship Management: Communicate with homeowners to understand their unique needs and address any concerns or additional requests.

Reporting & Documentation: Maintain clear, concise records of services provided, tasks completed, and any upcoming maintenance needs.

Quality Assurance: Identify potential issues before they become major problems, and offer solutions or next steps to homeowners.

Coordinate with Team: Collaborate with other specialists when repairs or installations beyond routine maintenance are required.
Qualifications

Experience: At least 2 years of experience in residential maintenance, property management, or related fields.

Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with basic home systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical) and routine upkeep tasks.

Customer Service Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to foster trust and build rapport with clients.

Attention to Detail: Ability to spot small issues that could evolve into bigger problems.

Problem-Solving: Capable of troubleshooting minor home maintenance issues and offering thoughtful solutions.

Reliability & Professionalism: Punctual, organized, and able to work independently.

Valid Driver’s License: Required for traveling between client homes (if applicable).
