This Privacy Policy describes how HelloHome360, LLC ("HelloHome360", "we", "our", or "us") collects, uses, retains, and shares your personal information, as well as the choices you have in connection with these practices. This Privacy Policy applies to our website, https://hellohome360.com (the “Website”), which is owned and operated by HelloHome360 LLC.

    We collect personal information that identifies, relates to, describes, or could reasonably be linked to you. We collect and use this information when you:
     

    • A. Click the "Get Started" Button
      We collect your name, email address, phone number, address, project location, and any other information you include. This data is used to begin your membership, schedule your services, and ensure we provide the right plan for your home. We may share this data with our email marketing provider to send future service updates and marketing messages.​
       

    • B. Schedule a Visit
      When booking a General Contractor or Handyman visit through our referral program, we collect your name, email, phone number, address, and project details. You may upload images of the project or item. This data is shared with our Service Portal to facilitate the referral. Please avoid uploading sensitive or personal content. 
       

    • C. Subscribe to Our Email List
      If you opt in through any form, we collect your name, email, and preferences. We use this data to send marketing emails via our third-party email provider. You can unsubscribe anytime via the link in each email. We may also use tracking to analyze open rates and interaction, which you can disable by blocking images in your email settings. If you prefer text messages, we may send automated transactional texts with your consent. To opt out, reply “STOP” to any message or email us at support@hellohome360.com.
       

    • D. Use Our Website Chat
      With your consent, we collect your name and any information you provide via the chat. This may be shared with our service provider to support your use of the chat tool.
       

    • E. Automatic Website Data Collection

This info is used to create your account, process recurring payments, and fulfill service requests.

      If you use the “Contact Us” form, we collect your name, email, phone number, and ZIP code to respond to your inquiry.
       

  • 2. How We Share Your Personal Information
    We share personal information only as necessary, including: within HelloHome360, for internal business functions (e.g., support, billing), with service providers, such as scheduling, payment, and marketing platforms, for legal compliance, such as court orders, law enforcement, or fraud investigations, as part of a business transaction, such as a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, with your consent, for specific situations (we’ll explain at the time), we may also share anonymized or aggregated data (“De-Identified Information”) in reports or marketing materials. With your permission, we may display photos/videos of your completed projects on our website or social media.
     

  • 3. Your Privacy Choices
    You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the “unsubscribe” link in any message. Opt out of text marketing by replying “STOP” or emailing support@hellohome360.com

    HelloHome360 does not currently respond to “Do Not Track” signals sent by browsers.

  • 9. Telephone Call Recording
    To ensure quality assurance, training, and service accuracy, HelloHome360 may record telephone calls between you and our team, including calls with customer service, scheduling, or sales representatives. In accordance with Pennsylvania law, which requires the consent of all parties to record a call, we will notify you at the start of any call that may be recorded. By continuing with the call after hearing the notification, you are providing your consent to be recorded. If you do not consent to call recording, please let our representative know immediately or contact us using an alternative method such as email.
     

  • 10. Notice of Body-Worn Camera Use & Ongoing Consent
    To support service quality, technician safety, and internal accountability, HelloHome360 may equip certain service providers with body-worn cameras during scheduled maintenance visits. These devices may capture video and/or audio, depending on the type of service being performed. In accordance with Pennsylvania’s two-party consent laws, we will not record inside your home or on your property without your express written permission.
     

    • A. Consent for Body-Worn Camera Use
      By providing written consent, you authorize HelloHome360 to record maintenance visits using a body-worn camera for documentation, technician training, service verification, and internal quality control purposes. Once given, your consent: will remain in effect for all future scheduled visits to the property unless you notify us otherwise. (Applies only to visits where body-worn cameras are actively in use.) Consent can be withdrawn at any time, and withdrawal will be effective immediately upon receipt. If you choose to revoke consent, you may do so at any time by notifying your technician verbally before or during the visit, or by emailing us at support@hellohome360.com​​.

    • B. Recording Storage & Access
      All recordings are retained securely for a maximum of 30 days. After 30 days, all footage is permanently deleted unless required for internal investigation or legal purposes. You may request a copy of any recording that includes your property by contacting us at support@hellohome360.com within the 30-day retention period.
       

    • C. Your Privacy Matters
      Recordings are never shared outside of HelloHome360 without your explicit consent, unless legally required. Recordings are never used for sales, marketing, or advertising.
